Modern Manufacturing Technology Experimental Center is affiliated to the Department of Manufacturing Engineering. It is the experimental and teaching base of mechanical engineering and automation, and the scientific research base of the undergraduate.
The experimental center undertakes a large number of experimental teaching work, and it offers the experimental curriculum system for the mechanical manufacturing.
The experimental center now has more than 40 sets of large equipment; more than 10 sets of large professional software, including a number of equipment reached the international advanced level.
● Machining experimental equipment: High-precision four-axis machining center, Ultrasonic vibration CNC machine tool, FMS flexible manufacturing system, Rapid prototyping equipment, etc.
● Mechanical measurement experimental equipment: Three direction dynamometer, Dual-frequency laser interferometer, Ball bar instrument, Three coordinate measuring machine, Vibration tester, laser scanner, etc.
● Intelligent manufacturing experimental equipment: FMS flexible manufacturing system, Virtual workshop simulation EM-Power, Flexsim, etc.
● Digital manufacturing experimental software: Vericut, Flexsim, Advantedge, CATIA, UG, etc.
