报告题目:Rotating machine Diagnosis and Prognosis in Lyon, France

报告专家:Dr. Hugo Andre, Assistant Professor, Université de Lyon

报告地点:机械馆2217

报告时间:2019114日(星期一)下午3:00-4:00

报告内容:

The first part of the talk will focus on a general presentation of the three laboratories, LaMCoS, LVA and LASPI. These three labs of the French University "Université de Lyon" have a common interest for rotating machine monitoring, and their specific activities on that topic will be more precisely detailed. Eventually, Hugo ANDRE will present his personal work on the comparison between vibration and instantaneous angular speed to detect a gear crack defect on a real life measurement campaign done on a 2MW wind turbine. Each acquisition method having its drawback to be tackled: vibration being measured without phase synchronous measurement and IAS being perturbed by geometric error. this study will justify the presentation of various novel processing tools: MOPA, HPS, GE Correction, normalization.

报告人简介:

Hugo ANDRE has graduated a master degree in mechanical engineering and a PhD thesis close from signal processing, in INSA Lyon. This study was supported by a wind turbine operator willing to use Instantaneous Angular Speed (IAS) as a monitoring system for their rotating mechanical components. After having worked 5 years as a forensic and research engineer in the wind turbine industry on the development of IAS, angular speed estimation, vibration and strain deformation analysis (tower, blades), he left the private industry to become an assistant professor in LASPI, one of the 3 laboratories of Université de Lyon interested into rotating machine monitoring. His research activities are still generally focused on non stationary machine monitoring: He is currently working on IAS precision, geometric error estimation and correction, and blade tip timing for jet turbine monitoring. Since he leads the research group TSI: Signal Processing for Industry, he is supporting the association of LASPI with LVA and LaMCoS, the other 2 labs from Université de Lyon interested into rotating machine monitoring.
